Authenticity & warranty

We only sell original watches. We inspect every watch carefully before it goes into our shop and again before it ships.

Our authenticity check

  1. Origin

    We only buy watches whose origin we can trace – for example through receipts or warranty cards.

  2. Reference & serial number

    We match the reference and serial number against the features of the model.

  3. Movement & function

    We check the movement and every function of the watch.

  4. Condition documented

    We describe the condition honestly on the product page – including signs of wear.

We are an independent retailer and not an authorised dealer of the brands we offer.

12-month dealer warranty

Every watch – new or pre-owned – comes with our dealer warranty. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected and are not restricted by it.
